We believe in being upfront about pricing so you can plan your event with confidence.

Pipe & Drape

$37.50 per panel

Pipe and drape pricing is based on the number of panels needed for your event layout. This works well for booth lines, backdrops, room dividers, staging areas, and custom event layouts.

Booth Packages

$120 per booth
Includes:

pipe and drape
table
chairs

$80 per booth
Includes:

pipe and drape only
Does not include table or chairs.

Convention Labor

For larger conventions and expo-style events, labor is typically priced separately based on the scope of setup and teardown required.

Typical all-day setup labor: $500–$800

Labor pricing depends on:

number of booths
event layout
drape quantities
tables and chairs
loading access
setup schedule
teardown needs

Small Events & Corporate Events

For many smaller events and small corporate setups, setup is often included in the rental price.

This may include events such as:

small corporate functions
ceremonies
banquet backdrops
head table draping
specialty focal point areas

Custom Quotes

Every event is different, and pricing can vary depending on the layout, venue, labor, and rental needs. We are happy to provide a custom quote based on your event details.
